Successor to Volcano Vaporizer Digital
The Volcano Hybrid is the successor to the Volcano Digital. Upon the introduction of the Hybrid, its predecessor ceased production. Externally, the Hybrid looks almost exactly the same and it has all the functions that the Digital had. But in addition it has a number of innovations:
- Choice between 2 inhalation methods: balloon or air tube.

Balloon and Tube
The Storz & Bickel Volcano Hybrid lives up to its name. With this weed vaporizer, hash vaporizer and concentrates vaporizer, you can opt to inhale via a balloon (as you’re used to doing with Volcano vaporizers) or choose to inhale directly via an air tube. In short: you can simply continue to use the Easy Valve and Solid Valve balloon systems. Not a fan of vaping with balloons? Then in no time at all you can connect an air tube to the Volcano Hybrid for direct inhaling. The air tubes have a rotating adapter. This means you can all sit around a table and pass the tube to a friend without having to move or turn the device.
Bluetooth App
A fabulous new function for the Volcano Hybrid is the handy app for your smartphone or tablet. It’s available for iOS or Android. Using the app together with bluetooth, you can connect your smartphone or tablet to your Volcano Vaporizer. Now you can simply operate the Volcano from the comfort of your chair. The app enables you to do the following:

- Set and adjust the temperature
- Perform firmware updates
- Automatically turn off settings
- Vibration function On/Off

Temperature and Display
The Volcano Vaporizer Hybrid is fitted with an LED Display with integrated touch screen. Super stylish, easy to clean (even easier). You can regulate the temperature and the air stream via the display. The Volcano Hybrid has a temperature range of between 40 and 230 degrees Celsius. The display shows you the temperature and battery status among other things.
The name Hybrid is reflected in another feature of the product. The best vaporizer on the market is fitted with a double helix heat exchanger. This gets your vaporizer to the required temperature many times faster. Your vaporizer is ready for use within 40 seconds at minimum. It achieves the highest possible temperature after 1 to 2 minutes. In short: the Hybrid is many times better and faster than its predecessors. The Volcano Hybrid keeps you informed with its vibration signals and switches off automatically after 30 seconds. Is that a bit too fast for your liking? The smartphone app allows you to change the duration.
Vaporizing is Healthier
With a vaporizer, herbs are evaporated, not burned. There is no combustion when weed is evaporated so it is healthier than smoking. When vaporized, you can really taste the true flavour of the weed and the effects are more intense.
Herbs, Oils, Hashish and other Extracts
The Volcano Classic is not just any weed vaporizer. In addition to vaping herbs or weed, you can also vape hash oil, BHO and other extracts such as rosin, shatter, wax and crumble. Moreover, the Volcano is also very suitable as a hash vaporizer. Vaporizing hash and concentrates is only possible with Drip Pads. These are not included as standard and can be ordered separately in our shop. This way you can vaporize anything you like, without it taking a lot of effort. Another benefit of the sponges: your vaporizer stays clean. Mind you: hashish cause the included liquid pads to tarnish just after one use. As such, we recommend to be using liquid pads with hashish for single use only.
No vaporizer is suitable for vaping CBD oil or homemade cannabis oil. A base oil is added to these oils to make dosing easier. Inhaling that oil vapor is unhealthy.
Carefully chosen materials
The materials used in the Volcano Digital were carefully selected to be odourless and food safe. Only with the use of high quality materials can the vapour from vaporizers remain pure and clean. Volcano vaporizers are renowned for producing very clean and flavoursome vapour.

Using Medicinal Cannabis (Mediwiet)
The Volcano is popular among medical cannabis users and if you use a weed vaporizer on a regular basis it is important that it is reliable. The Volcano is recommended by the NCSM (Dutch Association for Legal Cannabis and its agents as medication). The vaporizer is an approved medical device and, thus, can be eligible for reimbursement from your health insurer. Stop smoking weed
The Volcano is also used by people who are used to smoking cannabis or hashish but want to stop. The effect of weed when inhaled with a vaporizer is different, but more or less comparable to smoking weed, however without the harmful effects of combustion. Additionally, when using the Volcano vaporizer, you are significantly less bothered by the smell.
