Optimal Mushroom Substrate

- Brown rice flour: Approximately 1 part. Serves as a food source for the mushrooms. Mix well with the vermiculite.
- Water: Enough to moisten the mixture of vermiculite and rice flour, but not soaking wet.
When cultivating mushrooms, ensure that all components are sterile (boil in a pressure cooker for one hour).
