Using Root!t Root Sponges
You can germinate cannabis seeds in these root sponges, but we recommend the coffee filter method. We conducted a test with hundreds of seeds, and it turns out that germination in a moist coffee filter produces the strongest, straightest root tips. After germination, place the seed or cutting with the root downwards in the Root!t root sponge. Since this root sponge naturally contains enough nutrients for seedlings and cuttings, we recommend not using basic fertilizers. However, we do recommend using a root stimulator, root gel, or rooting powder. See the recommended products for that.
You can then plant the root sponge in potting soil or garden soil to allow the plant to continue growing. From this point on, it's important to provide nutrients yourself.
