Usage and Dosage
Start with small amounts and gradually increase. Drop the tincture under the tongue and swallow, or add it to tea, coffee, smoothies, or recipes. One full pipette from the 30 ml bottle is 0.6 ml, and from the 50 ml bottle, it is 2 ml. Maximum 2 ml per day. The tinctures are highly concentrated. Take a one-week break after every three months of use.
