User manual Flowermate Slick

Before first use, it is best to sterilize the Slick. This is how you do it: 

1. Press the button 5 times in quick succession to turn it on. 
2. Then press the same button 3 times to change the temperature to the highest temperature. Repeat until the ring around the button turns red.
3. The Slick will start heating and automatically turn off after 5 minutes. Perform these steps 3 times to get the Slick completely sterile. You only need to do this the first time to ensure that any oils used in manufacturing are completely evaporated.

For regular use:

1. Unscrew the nozzle from the oven.
2. Then fill the oven with your favorite weed or other dry herbs (use the handy fill tool). 
3. Are you going to vape hash or concentrates? Then use the included Wax Pod, otherwise your vaporizer will malfunction.
4. Once filled, you can screw the glass mouthpiece onto the oven. 
5. Done? Then turn on the Flowermate Slick by pressing the button 5 times in quick succession.
6. You change the temperature by pressing the button 3 times in quick succession. Blue is 196 degrees, green is 204 degrees and red is 215 degrees.
7. The vaporizer is now heating up. You can see this because the light blinks. When the light stays on and stops blinking, the Flowermate Slick is ready to use.
8. Inhale through the glass mouthpiece. Take gentle, long 10-second puffs to keep the vaporizer working optimally. Extra tip for stoners: build up the temperature during the session. Start low and finish high for optimal effect.

After use, let the mouthpiece cool down for a moment. Then unscrew it and clean briefly with the brush, just like the oven. Put the magnetic cap back on the vaporizer when not in use to protect the mouthpiece.

Heating, Battery and Materials

The Flowermate Slick is equipped with a conduction heating system that allows it to heat up relatively quickly and produce more intense vapor than convection or hot air vapes. By the way, don't expect clouds of smoke like you're used to with a joint.

The insulated vapor duct combined with a ceramic heating element and a borosilicate glass mouthpiece gives a pure and delicate flavor. Especially considering the great price of this pen vaporizer. The included Wax Pod and Dry Herb Pod are made of stainless steel, so again the taste of vapor is not tainted by the vaporizer itself.

It is not much thicker than a highlighter. As a result, you can take the vaporizer anywhere. The Slick has a removable 18650 battery of 2500 mAh. With that, you can vape for about an hour, or 6 to 9 sessions. With a replacement battery it can last even longer, but you'll have to look closely for an extra quality battery. Charging can be done with the included USB cable. Do not use the vaporizer while charging. The Flowermate Slick cannot handle that.

Concentrates-, Hash- and weed Vaporizer

The Flowermate Slick is not just a simple weed vaporizer. You can vape practically all smoking materials with it.
