Flavour and Effects Desfrán Weed
Desfrán has everything of a sativa. The high is very energetic and, despite about 20% THC, nice and clear. It is definitely not a couch potato type of weed. It makes you feel social and creative. Perfect for daytime use. The taste is sweet and fruity. With green apple and pear it seems like an orchard on your tongue.
Growth and yield
This sativa queen can become huge. Plants of 1.5 to 2 meters are no exception. In exceptional cases, Desfrán can reach epic proportions: up to 4 meters tall! This also includes sky-high yields. Up to 600 grams per square meter is achievable. Each plant can yield up to 750 grams under ideal conditions. It is no coincidence that Dutch Passion puts her Desfrán under the XXL category. You should also know that she has a flowering period of 9 to 12 weeks. That can vary greatly from phenotype to phenotype. Determining the perfect harvest moment is a challenge.
Growing tips from Dutch-Headshop
Desfrán can grow incredibly tall. So growing indoors is possible, but you have to have the space or use growing techniques. The stretching period in the first weeks of flowering is something to consider. She can tolerate an awful lot of light and high temperatures. The more, the better. That is not true of the nutrient requirements. That is relatively low. Want to reach her maximum potency? Get to work with EC meters. Is that too much hassle? Then Dutch Passion recommends giving a little less nutrition than normal.
