Using Root!t Root Sponges
You can germinate cannabis seeds in these root sponges, but we recommend using the coffee filter method. We conducted a test with hundreds of seeds, and it turns out that germinating in a moist coffee filter produces the strongest, straightest root tips. After germination, place the seed or cutting with the root facing down into the Root!t root sponge. Since this root sponge naturally contains enough nutrients for seedlings and cuttings, we recommend not using basic fertilizers. The included root gel is suitable for coating cuttings or clones. Use the included sample of First Feed according to the instructions to provide your seedlings with their first nutrients.
You can then plant the root sponge in potting soil/garden soil to allow the plant to continue growing. Even then, it's time to provide nutrients.
