Chaliponga is a powerful climbing plant from the Amazon region, rich in DMT and widely used for making ayahuasca. Combined with an MAO inhibitor like Banisteriopsis caapi, it provides deep spiritual insights and intense visions. These carefully dried Chaliponga leaves are traditionally used in shamanic rituals. Ideal for those looking to explore the ancient wisdom of the Amazon. Note: Use only under the guidance of an experienced shaman. A package contains 25 grams of dried leaves.

Info Specs Reviews Ship

Chaliponga, also known as Diplopterys cabrerana, is a powerful climbing plant that naturally occurs in the Amazon region. This plant contains a high concentration of DMT (dimethyltryptamine) and is traditionally used in shamanic rituals. Chaliponga plays an important role in the preparation of what we know as ayahuasca, the incredibly strong psychedelic “magic potion.” Different shamans use different plants, and in many parts of South America, Chaliponga is added or even replaced by Chacruna to make the ayahuasca stronger than without it.

Chaliponga and DMT

Chaliponga is known for its high content of N,N-DMT, a substance responsible for the intense hallucinations and spiritual depth that ayahuasca can induce. Like other DMT-containing plants, Chaliponga is not active on its own when ingested. In the body, DMT is quickly broken down by enzymes unless it is combined with an MAO inhibitor, such as Banisteriopsis caapi. This makes Chaliponga an essential ingredient in ayahuasca brews, enhancing the visual component and the depth of the experience.

Using Chaliponga Leaves

We exclusively sell dried Chaliponga leaves. These leaves are not psychoactive on their own but are traditionally used as part of shamanic rituals. Chaliponga is usually combined with Banisteriopsis caapi to create an ayahuasca brew. This should only be done under the guidance of an experienced shaman.

Making Ayahuasca

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to explain how to make ayahuasca, as this is not legal. You will have to rely on user experiences that you can find elsewhere on the internet. But be careful, ayahuasca is definitely not like magic mushrooms. The effects last much longer, and vomiting and uncontrolled diarrhea are more the norm than the exception. We also find it very important to advise you on the setting – do not use psychedelic natural products at a crowded party, on the street, or with people you do not trust. Make sure that a sober trip sitter is present.
