With a normal day and night rhythm and sufficient sunlight, the body has no problem to make you tired at certain intervals. Dosage for CBD Night
This CBD Oil with melatonin, named CBD Night, is best to take before you go to bed. Take 9 drops of CBD Night under the tongue 30 minutes before going to bed. Allow them to be absorbed a bit before swallowing them for optimum effect. Do you find the taste unpleasant? CBD night is a soluble formula so you can also put a couple of drops into a glass of water or juice. Convenient, isn’t it? Approximately half an hour after taking the drops you should notice it.
