The Big Bang is the plant that James Burton used for medicinal marijuana in the Netherlands. It's a very easy plant for beginners and outdoor growers.

Advantage of Autoflowers
Autoflowers are plants that go into the flowering stage itself, this will happen after about 3 weeks. Then the plant needs 5 to 6 weeks to fully bloom. The plant remains small and is ready in just over 2 months. The Big Bang plant needs between 12 and 18 hours of light a day and can grow in different seasons as long as it is above 10 degrees celsius.
Taste and Effects
Berries and thyme. A combination which you wouldn’t immediately think of but which works well. Two differing flavours which go together as harmoniously as white and black. Big Bang Auto plants have a distinct aroma but the plants do not get large. Any overhang will therefore be limited.
Weed from a Big Bang Auto has a strongly narcotic effect on the body. So it makes you nicely relaxed and well stoned! The effect in your head is somewhat less represented, being lightly meditational - it frees up your thoughts and gives you some spiritual breathing space. If you take a large drag on this potent weed, then couch lock (glued to the sofa) is a possibility.
Growth and Crop
Thanks to its colourful pedigree, this Indica-dominant autoflower has the potential to grow in four possible forms.
- Compact and quick flowering
- Compact and slow flowering
- Short, extended and quick flowering with narrow leaves
- Tall, extended and slowly flowering with broad leaves
The most likely chance is for a low-growing, quick-flowering plant which needs little maintenance but the plant’s appearance can vary. That’s the way it is with hybrid weed plants.
It flowers for about 6 weeks and then the weed is ready for harvesting. Big Bang Auto is suitable for ScrOG to increase the yield. Irrespective of the growth form, the yield is consistent. 900 grammes per square metre is considerable for an autoflower!
The advantage of outdoor cultivation is that autoflowers are suitable for stealth cultivation. Thanks to their limited height they don’t attract attention. You can plant them next to the rhododendron or box hedge and they stay below the average fencing.
